Information we collect from you   We collect your data where you contact us directly through our website or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise.
If you contact us or send us an email, we will retain the details you provide to us including your name, your email address, telephone number and any other information which you choose to give us.

Using Your Information

Where we hold any personal information, it will be processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary, considering the reason it was provided to us.
We will potentially –

i. 

Reply to your email;

Provide details on the properties requested, plus any others we think may interest you;

iii. 

Offer or provide you with the services requested, plus any others we think may interest you;

iv. 

We may use third party suppliers and offer services unique to them.

v. 

If you are a tenant and repairs or services or inspections are required to the property, its fixtures & fittings or contents, your name and contact detail along with the property address will be disclosed to contractors, trades people, suppliers for delivery of goods, inspectors and surveyors.

We will delete your personal information once your request has been met or the service has been provided, except where –

i. 

You were interested in details of properties we are offering, when we will continue to hold your information in order to send you information on other properties that may interest you;

ii. 

You become a client, a tenant or a buyer of a property;

iii. 

You require us to retain it for longer;

iv. 

We are required to retain it for longer for other legal reasons.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to us using your data and to request that we delete it.

Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It will also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
