We will collect rent from the tenant, forward this to you and provide you with an income and expenditure statement for your records.

Obtain an employer’s reference, 3 months bank statements, photo identification and a previous landlord’s reference if applicable.
We can also provide you with a full colour inventory which is recommended in the event that you wish to claim for dilapidations at the end of the tenancy.
We can register the deposit with the Deposit Protection Service
We will complete all of the tenancy paperwork to include and Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, Section 21 Notice, Prescribed Information Relating to Deposits. We also provide each tenant with guides to care for drains, windows and condensation.
We collect the first month’s rent.

We work closely with the councils to source suitable, pre-assessed tenants, who can move into properties at relatively short notice. We also ensure that the rent is paid directly to us from the council, therefore limiting the risk of rent delays or arrears.
